We believe if you are not satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, you
should be able to return it and get a full refund. So that's exactly what we

To do this

1 Please notify me that this is your intention
2 Goods should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Insured for the full value of the goods.
3 Notify me when you will post the goods.. They will be delivered and signed for by me before 12 noon the day after posting.
4 You should do this so that we can track the parcel through http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rmRoyal mail
5 Both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition.
6 In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will
offer either a full refund or replacement. We will also refund your return
postage costs, if we are at fault.

7 Please note In the event of refund I will not refund your Paypal Charges.It is therefore best to pay by The World Pay Option to save you incurring paypal costs.
